Please read: The credit card provided upon initial sign up will be charged $225 today and then monthly on the 1st of each month for as long as subscriber chooses to participate in a Coaching Session Subscription.

For sessions lasting over 45 minutes: subscriber agrees to be responsible for keeping track of time and agrees to pay 2.50 per minute for time greater than 45 min via additional invoice.

(Coaching packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.) This charge will recurring monthly and be automatically charged to the subscriber’s credit card on file for the lifetime of the subscription or until the subscriber provides written notification of subscription cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled monthly charge for the course. Note that once payment is incurred, subscription cancellations will apply to future purchases only. No refunds will be provided for cancellations with less than 7 days notice of monthly purchase date.

Please note that the subscriber is purchasing a specific time/day of weeks slot for their coaching session. When the subscriber registers, we will contact to find a time and day in Melissa's schedule that will work regularly for you.

In the event that subscriber is unable to attend their regularly scheduled session, we will review and provide feedback on materials sent prior to their regularly scheduled time/date of session: videos, questions and other info sent by subscriber. The review will occur during/at the regularly scheduled coaching session time/day. No refunds are provided for missed sessions.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that Melissa Deal is not a licensed veterinarian, psychotherapist, financial or legal professional and does not offer advice as such. If you need advice in these areas, you acknowledge and understand that its your responsibility to contact a licensed professional.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that interacting with horses can be dangerous and release Melissa Deal, Compassionate Horse Click and Victory Land Dressage and all associated from any form of liability or compensation for damage, loss or injury to humans or horses.

This company does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. The results of the program may vary based on a variety of factors.

Coaching Subscription: 2 Sessions per Month

Subscribing to a coaching package produces results far beyond the occasional session.

How does this work...

Horse time is supposed to be fun and easy and we'll do our part to make it as easy as possible
To start we can use pre-recorded videos that you'll upload prior to your session (don't worry, we'll provide simple instructions and personal support if you need).
Or, we can have question and answer sessions and Melissa can provide videos pertinent to your situation for review and discussion during your session
Telephone sessions are also an option if you prefer
Once you are comfortable with the online sessions and collaborating with Melissa, live online lessons are also an option. Not to worry, we can coach you through the specifics of using your existing technology for these lessons too.

Package subscriptions ensure continued objective guidance, feedback and support. Having a mentor dedicated to you and your horse's happiness and well-being helps you stay on track while you follow a clear path toward your training goals and dreams.

If you haven't signed a release form within the last 12 months and are taking live lessons online, you will receive an email containing a liability waiver to be signed electronically.

By subscribing to this coaching package you agree that you will receive 2 coaching sessions per month, which will be scheduled at regular intervals for one-on-one personal attention, feedback and solutions that are sure to positively transform your relationship with your horse.

(You are purchasing access to an online or telephone coaching session. Should you be unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, not to worry, Melissa will review your videos, written reflections and other info that you send, during your regularly scheduled time, and provide feedback via video recording).

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time 7 days prior to the first of each month.
