Please read: The credit card provided upon initial sign up will be charged $419 today and then monthly on the 1st of each month for as long as subscriber chooses to participate in a Coaching Session Subscription.

For sessions lasting over 45 minutes: subscriber agrees to be responsible for keeping track of time and agrees to pay 2.33 per minute for time greater than 45 min via additional invoice.

(Coaching packages must be used within 30 days of purchase.) This charge will recurring monthly and be automatically charged to the subscriber’s credit card on file for the lifetime of the subscription or until the subscriber provides written notification of subscription cancellation at least 7 days prior to the scheduled monthly charge for the course. Note that once payment is incurred, subscription cancellations will apply to future purchases only.

Please note that the subscriber is purchasing a specific time/day of weeks slot for their coaching session. When the subscriber registers, we will contact to find a time and day in Melissa's schedule that will work regularly for you.

In the event that subscriber is unable to attend their regularly scheduled session, we will review and provide feedback on materials sent prior to their regularly scheduled time/date of session: videos, questions and other info sent by subscriber. The review will occur during/at the regularly scheduled coaching session time/day.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that Melissa Deal is not a licensed veterinarian, psychotherapist, financial or legal professional and does not offer advice as such. If you need advice in these areas, you acknowledge and understand that it’s your responsibility to contact a licensed professional.

By agreeing to these terms you acknowledge that interacting with horses can be dangerous and release Melissa Deal, Compassionate Horse Click and Victory Land Dressage and all associated from any form of liability or compensation for damage, loss or injury to humans or horses.

This company does not warrant or guarantee any specific level of performance or results. The results of the program may vary based on a variety of factors.

Coaching Session Subscription: 4 Sessions per Month

Subscribing to a coaching package produces results far beyond the occasional session. You'll have a mentor who is as invested in your relationship with your horse and its training as you are.

Subscriptions ensure consistent objective feedback, creative solutions, ongoing accountability inspiration, encouragement and more!

Melissa is more than your instructor, she's a mentor who is dedicated to you and your horse's happiness and well-being. She cares as much about your relationship and success with your horse as you do and you won't be alone wondering what to do next or struggling to make a change without any help or support. She'll help you evaluate your horse's responses and progress along the way while helping you stay motivated and on track. Together you'll create and follow a clear path of easy to understand and achieve steps that will connect you and your horse with goals and dreams. Whatever they might be you can look forward to a calm, confident engaged horse who seeks to understand and say yes to your requests and one that chooses to be with you!

If you haven't signed a liability waiver within the last 12 months, you will receive an email containing a liability waiver to be signed electronically.

(You are purchasing access to an online or telephone coaching session. Should you be unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, not to worry, Melissa will review videos, written reflections and other info that you provide during your regularly scheduled time and provide feedback via video recording).

By subscribing to this coaching package, you agree that you will receive 4 coaching sessions per month, which will be scheduled at regular intervals for one-on-one personal attention, feedback and solutions that are sure to positively transform your relationship with your horse. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time 7 days prior to the first of each month.
