What if we appreciated every little thing?

🌟 Horses are the Greatest Gifts 🌟

I believe that the universe, God, Spirit, fate, or whatever you believe in brings us the horse we need, not necessarily the horse we want and that can look a lot of different ways. Often a way we never imagined or thought we wanted and other times more than we’d hoped for…I know what that’s like and it’s often anything but easy. And it can mean a lot of sleepless nights, tears and stress. But, without a doubt, the most challenging horses in my life have been the ones I’ve learned the most from, grown the most with, and loved with all my heart.

And I'm incredibly grateful to have experienced them time and again. Though it hasn't always been easy, these horses have profoundly changed me, my life and the lives of those around me for the better in ways I could never have achieved on my own. πŸ’•And that leads me to remind myself:

🌟What if we appreciated every little thing about our horses..

Even the moments that we find most challenging or don't go as planned?

🌟How could that shift our perspective, our feelings, our very being in relation to our horses? Never mind their perception of us and our relationships with them.

For me, it's about embracing every aspect of my horse's presence in my life—the lessons they teach me, the joy they bring, and even the obstacles we overcome together and all of the moments - raw or fantastic - they are all precious, those moments we get to spend in each other’s presence. It's a journey of gratitude and growth that enriches both of our lives.

I invite you to take a little time out to reflect:

What does it mean for you to truly appreciate your horse, flaws and all?

How would cultivating gratitude for every aspect of your partnership enhance your connection? πŸ’•

And if your connection is not what you want it to be, I encourage you to stay the course with your horse, find a community of like-minded folks (the link in the last paragraph will take you to our free one or we have a more intimate membership where you can receive personal feedback and group coaching too https://www.compassionatehorseclick.com/offers/oMZPQzyP/checkout).

Or you may prefer to find an experienced mentor who can buffer the hard days, share their wisdom and shorten your learning curve so you can enjoy your horse like never before. No one gets a medal for going it alone… you may have a friend who can help, but often R+ folks are few and far between and then a coach can be a Godsend. You’ll want to make sure it’s an experienced person who shares your values and is steeped in +R science has a proven track record. I’m happy to chat if you think coaching would be helpful and you want to know more. It’s one of my greatest joys in life to have the privilege of participating in positive transformations with horses and their humans, and I’d love to get to know you. ☺️

Regardless, we’d be thrilled if you want to share with us some moments of gratitude you've experienced with your horses. πŸ΄πŸ’•https://www.facebook.com/groups/1742650405954835

May you both be SAFE and HAPPY! .
